Ciara’s 5 Best Strappy Swimwear Looks From Her SI Swim Cover

R&B superstar Ciara landed the cover of the 2022 SI Swimsuit Issue after posing for photographer Ben Watts in Barbados. Her Caribbean feature resulted in a collection of jaw-dropping images, in which the Grammy Award-winning artist posed on the beach in a number of incredible bikinis and one-pieces, all of which were styled by Kollin Carter.

In addition to her work as a singer and songwriter, the 37-year-old artist is also an entrepreneur, model, children’s book author and proud mother. She shares two children, Sienna Princess and Win Harrison, with her husband, Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson. In early August, the multihyphenate announced that the two are currently expecting their third child together. Ciara is also mom to Future Zahir, her son with ex-fiancée Future. 

When it came to the styling of her SI Swim feature, Ciara gave major props to Carter, whom she has worked with for the last several years. 

“We really kind of wanted to push it, you know,” she told fellow magazine cover girl Camille Kostek on the red carpet last May. “We wanted to challenge ourselves creatively and you know, kind of think outside the box and not do your traditional swimsuits.”

On the cover, Ciara rocked a leopard print one-piece swimsuit by LaQuan Smith, which she admitted she “had [her] eyes on... for a long time.”
